Sexual Harrassment is never cool. You typically picture the scenario going down between a male boss and a female underling, but this week a story is all over the news about how a former American Idol contestant was a little too freakish with a male former production team member on the show.

This is what abcnews.com has to say: "According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Vazquez allegedly sexually harassed Magdaleno Olmos, an assistant accountant at the time for Fremantle Media, the company that produces the show.

In the lawsuit, Olmos says the incident started when Vazquez "stared lasciviously, smiled lasciviously … and on one occasion followed him into a bathroom."

The lawsuit alleges Vazquez "started to rub his genitals over his pants." It also says Olmos opened the stall door and saw Vazquez standing in front of him with his pants down, masturbating. "

Mario must have thought that this Magdaleno guy was gay and maybe he actually is, but there is no excuse for this shit whatsoever. Nobody should have to put up with that. Ever. Magdaleno is going to be just fine, but when this shit happens it just creeps you out and you don't ever forget it. There's some other allegations that when he tried to report the incident he was told that he was crazy and his boss never did anything about it and then he was fired a few months later. There's no excuse for this fucking bullshit either! And that makes the boss a Dirtbag too! My only question is if this happened in 2005 why is coming out two years later? But what do I know, right?
